Return Policy
We will accept returns and exchanges of eligible items in new and unused/reusable condition, in our soul discretion within 30 days of receipt with a valid proof of purchase. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

How to Start a Return
Returns can be initiated by using our contact form found here where we will work with you to make your experience a great one. Items purchased outside of the U.S. may only be returned or exchanged within the Country of purchase, or sent back to the address on the return label. Shipping fees will not be refunded.

Credits and Refunds
We will issue a credit or a refund in one of the following ways:

With proof of purchase, the item purchase price will be refunded in the original form of payment. Where some or all of a purchase was made using a gift card, or merchandise credit, a new gift card or merchandise credit will be issued.

Any shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are responsible for return shipping charges.

With a gift receipt, the item purchased price will be refunded by a merchandise credit.

Select eligible items to return and tell us why you're returning them

Print out a UPS shipping label (you pay return shipping)

Pack up your item(s)

Drop off at any UPS store location

Track your return easily online with UPS

Once we receive your eligible return, your refund will post to the original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
